I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ACTUC platform, you agree to operate as a “Guardian” of truth. Use of this platform constitutes a binding agreement to combat disinformation and adhere to the Sentinel Code of Conduct.

II. User Responsibilities & Eligibility

• Mission Integrity: Users must not use ACTUC to spread aggression, hate speech, or verified falsehoods.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sentinel credentials.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the ACTUC intellectual army.

III. Intellectual Property

The ACTUC framework, including its proprietary “Urgency” categorization and “Sentinel” hierarchy, is protected by copyright. Content submitted remains the property of the creator, but by posting, you grant ACTUC a non-exclusive license to use said data for the collective defense of humanity.

IV. Termination of Access

ACTUC reserves the right to neutralize (deactivate) any account found to be a “hostage to ignorance”—specifically those actively promoting aggression or sabotaging collective intelligence.

V. Limitation of Liability

ACTUC provides information “as-is.” While we strive for absolute accuracy, we are not liable for external links or the real-world actions of users.
